Tailored Programming
I know everyone has unique goals and needs when it comes to their fitness journey.
That's why I tailor detailed programs specifically designed for you.
Your program includes exercises and workouts that are meet to your individual needs, taking into account both your goals and physical limitations.
Sometimes the gym isn't an option, so I make sure that your program can also work at home or in the park.
It can be hard to stay motivated on your own, so to ensure you never feel overwhelmed or fatigued I provide personalised advice, step-by-step instructions, and support every step of the way.

Track Your Progress
You train to live the life you want, you don't live to keep track of your training.
To make it easy to keep track of your training and progress, I include full access to Trainerize, a mobile app for all of your programs, workout sessions, measurements, and progress tracking.
You can even link it to MyFitnessPal to track your food and your Fitbit or Apple Watch for exercise tracking.
InBody Scan
Basically you stand on a platform and hold some handles. Lots of science, but easy-peasy.
Now, the science: The InBody Body Composition Analyser uses Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis (BIA) to quantify body composition by introducing an electrical current throughout the body.
InBody use this method to measure body composition, which divides your weight into different components, such as water, lean body mass and fat mass, to better understand how changes in diet, lifestyle and training regime are influencing overall body composition.
Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis measures impedance by applying alternating low-level electrical currents through the water in the body. The InBody measures each segment separately and shows the impedance values of all five cylinders of the body at each frequency in the impedance section of the InBody Result Sheet.
Regular Checkins
I realise not everyone is comfortable with the measuring tape, especially with somebody new.
To help keep you on track, I recommend weekly measurements over weighing yourself on the scales.
You can do this in the privacy of your own home or I can help you in the InBody room.
Meals and Nutrition
Exercise is half the equation. The other half is great nutrition.
The problem is we're all busy and you probably don't want to have to worry about making special food or doing heaps of meal prep.
So I've partnered with two amazing local experts.
Sammi is our resident qualified Dietician to help you get a plan for food success.
Vince is the owner and Head Chef of Naïm Restaurant who supplies our weekly variety of pre-made meals.

I get it, life happens sometimes and it gets in the way.
That's why every new client gets a 30 day money back period if they're unable to keep training.
All Training Plans are available in both 6 and 12 month options.
These can be paid weekly or with a 5% discount for paying 6 months upfront and 10% discount for 12 months upfront.
We start by talking through your goals, any injuries or pains, your preferred times to train, and then a fitness assessment.
The initial fitness assessment combines on-floor activities and an optional private InBody Scan with measurements
The on-floor work tests your current flexibility, strength, endurance, and exercise preferences.

Many of my clients have had sore backs and weak knees - in fact, that's often why they come to me in the first place.
You can train as many times a week as you like.
I can tailor a program for beginners at 2 times a week all the way to experienced pros 7 times a week.
The Platinum Plan includes 3 face to face sessions per week while Gold is 2 per week.
Whatever you feel comfortable working out in. No need to buy special training clothes if you are new to the gym.
You'll want something you can move freely in that you don't mind getting a little sweaty.
You already have all the equipment you need.
No need to buy any straps or gloves unless you really want to.
I also have a selection of belts, straps, and chalk if you would like to try before making any decisions - but seriously, you probably won't need anything.
Your Training Plan is all inclusive, so there are no additional gym membership fees.
The gym is available for use whenever you want 24x7.
